Built by a student pilot, designed for pilots everywhere.

Learning to fly is one of the most rewarding challenges you’ll ever take on, but it also comes with an overwhelming amount of information, resources, and admin to keep track of. As a pilot in training myself, I found it hard to stay on top of lessons, theory topics, notes, exams, videos, and costs scattered across notebooks, textbooks, YouTube playlists, and loose sheets of paper.

I created the PPL Study Hub to bring everything into one clear, organised space - a complete training ecosystem that mirrors how pilots actually learn. It’s the system I wish I’d had from day one, and now it’s here to support your journey too.

What’s inside?

• Your Central Dashboard - Track hours, progress, upcoming exams, in-progress flight exercises, and active theory topics - all at a glance.
  

• Training Log - An extension of your physical logbook, but smarter. Log every flight AND ground school session, track costs, exercises and topics covered, instructor feedback and lesson notes. Every time you add a new session, your progress chart on your central dashboard will update, showing you progress in real-time.

• Flight Training (CAA-aligned) - A structured way to track your progress on every exercise in the PPL/NPPL syllabus. All official flight exercises from the CAA PPL syllabus are included, alongside status tracking (Not started / Practicing / Proficient), notes for tricky areas or reminders, and the ability to link videos, articles and resources to each exercise.

• Ground School Command Centre - Everything you need to study theory in one place.  
  • Topics (e.g Air Law, Meteorology) - Each topic has a dynamic progress bar, a place for notes and resources, and a complete checklist of every syllabus item within the topic
  • Notebook - A place to store your notes, from deep-dives to quick concept notes, all tagged by topic and sub-topic
  • Flashcards - Tag by topic, sub-topic and difficulty for active recall - perfect for when you’re on the go and quick revision during commutes!
  • Exam Tracker - Schedule, prepare and track your exams with a clear timeline

• Resources Library - A space to save all those learning materials that your instructor sends you, YouTube videos, PDFs, articles and more, and tag them all by topic, sub-topic and flying exercises. No more hunting for that one video your instructor recommended.
